Melissa Trinidad is a certified personal trainer, elite-level athlete, published author, and the founder of Optimal Health and Performance Training — as well as the owner of Tampa Fit Club, a private transformation gym located in the heart of South Tampa.
With over two decades of coaching experience and a background rooted in high-performance athletics, Melissa brings a unique and results-driven approach to personal training. Her mission is to help busy professionals and people build powerful bodies, sustainable habits, and renewed confidence — all through efficient, personalized training.
